Ann – Winner of the 2009 Burning Rubber Award

NTFOS proudly welcomed Ann to the practice in 2008. You’ll notice that Ann has many talents – honed through previous experience as an office manager in the healthcare field – that include smoothly guiding you through the financial aspects of reaching your treatment goals. Ann’s genius for explaining complex information in a clear manner is a boon for patients and staff alike. Ann enjoys playing games and relaxing with her husband James, daughters, Angel, Kristian, Faith, and Jessica, sons Matthew and Blake and precious granddaughter Kambreigh.

 

Alicia

Alicia’s love for meeting new people is one reason she became involved in the dental field. As a registered dental assistant, coming to work each day is exciting when you “love what you do”. She received training in Basic Life Support and thrives at helping patients in any way she can. Spending time with her son, Phillip is top priority for her. She also is involved in a softball team and watching the Texas Rangers play. Her passion for baseball has helped her set a goal to see as many baseball stadiums in as many states as possible in the years to come.

 

Brandie

When Brandie joined NTFOS, she brought plenty of oral surgery experience from a few states away. Originally from Texas, Brandie lived in Virginia and Mississippi before transferring back to the Lone Star State. A Registered Dental Assistant who earned her certification in nitrous oxide monitoring, Brandie’s early career was in general dentistry. Her positive, attentive personality are a welcome support to NTFOS patients, who feel comfortable with her by their side. Brandie loves to shop and enjoys movie night with her husband, Drez. Her other favorite family members are her four legged babies, Lucy, Charlie and Pogo.

 

Brie

Always upbeat, Brie immediately places patients at ease while performing her duties as a surgical assistant. Her love of people and commitment to healthcare is evidenced by her previous careers which included working as an audiology tech, nurse tech, and martial arts instructor. The special people in Brie’s life include her husband, John, and her precious son, Scotland. She is a black belt in martial arts, enjoys finger-painting, and is very involved with church activities and community outreach programs.

 

Carrie

Carrie brings twelve years of executive assistant/office management experience to NTFOS. She uses this experience and her training in insurance billing and coding to help patients complete their treatment while maximizing their insurance savings. Carrie spends her free time with her family, friends, and pet cat Cali. She also enjoys exercising, movies, and festivals, as well as traveling wherever there’s a beach. She would love to live in Hawaii!

 

Christina – Winner of the 2010 Rising Star Award

As a CPR-certified Registered Dental Assistant, Christina is a skillful member of the NTFOS surgical team who previously worked in retail while attending school full time. Christina energetically optimizes patient care by being with patients from the moment they walk in the door until they complete their treatment in the office or hospital. Outside of work, Christina loves spending time with her family and her newest blessing, daughter Kayden, vacationing in the Colorado Mountains (including their dogs Rascal and Kane), helping at her Grandpa’s ranch, horseback riding, and playing on 4-wheelers. Close to her family and good with her hands, Christina also enjoys helping her Dad “do mechanic work” on trucks.

 

Christina

When Christina joined our team in 2011, NTFOS instantly became her “home away from home”. As a registered dental assistant and trained in CPR,Christina has a true passion for each patient.  Her daily goal she lives by is to make all patients smile. David, her son, and Nathan, her husband, are the loves of Christina’s life. She loves being outdoors and is a huge sports fan. You can catch her watching the Rangers play at most home games. She also is quite the cooking connoisseur and enjoys trying out new recipes on family and friends.

 

Faushia – Winner of the 2007 Megaphone Award

Faushia has many years of experience in healthcare and insurance industries, which she puts to good use by making each patient’s visit a delight. Her career interest and training in customer service are her way of life. Faushia’s free time is spent with her beautiful daughter Grace, extended family, friends, and their adorable cat Minxi. She also enjoys spin classes, shoe shopping, walking for fundraisers, and events at her church.

 

Frances – Winner of the 2012 Sherlock Holmes Award

Frances’ relationship with NTFOS began as a patient, where she says “everyone was very kind and always willing to help”. Before joining the team, she worked as an assistant manager for Walgreens and as a teller in the banking industry. She graduated from Colleyville Heritage as a Texas Scholar and continued her education at North Lake. In her free time, Frances enjoys taking boxing classes, seeing movies, and spending time with her family and friends. She and Bryan, dog lovers, have three dogs named Bru, Jax, and Shay. They are avid hockey fans and the Chicago Blackhawks is their favorite team. Frances loves to try new things and looks forward to sky diving one day.

 

Jalah – Winner of the 2009 High Jump Award

Jalah graciously delivers good old-fashioned Texas hospitality as she helps patients attend to the scheduling and financial details of completing their treatment. Her genuine love of life touches many people, including those from her previous careers in related industries. Jalah has a passion for shopping & crafting. She enjoys spending time with her husband while travelling, engaging in outdoor activities and watching Ranger games. Jalah, who works in our Keller office, enthusiastically looks forward to serving your needs.

 

Jamie – Winner of the 2011 Happy To Do It Award.

Jamie is an experienced surgical assistant who has worked in oral surgery since 2005. Education is a priority for Jamie, who is a Registered Dental Assistant, Certified Nursing Assistant, and CPR and nitrous oxide certified. Jamie enjoys spending time with her nieces Kaley and Katelyn, as well as her talented husband, Josh, who is pursuing a career as a vocalist. Aside from expanding her frog collection, Jamie loves to work out, go on bike rides, shop, and spend time with her extended family and close friends.  Jamie is the winner of the 2011 Happy To Do It Award.

 

Jeanneth

Jeanneth’s first visit to NTFOS was as a patient many years ago and led her to join our team in 2011. She loves coming to work every day because it’s like working with family. She is a Registered Dental Assistant with certifications in Basic Life Support, nitrous oxide monitoring, and AAOMS anesthesia assisting. In her spare time, she enjoys being with family and friends, as well as, cooking, traveling, shopping, and kickboxing. (She recently began training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu with her husband, Francisco.) Her two best friends are her sisters, Sandy and Ashley. Jeanneth says, “A goal I live by is to try to make everyone I meet laugh once; you never know how it can change their life”.

 

Jill – Winner of the 2011 Building It Bigger Award

When Jill, a Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Assistant, joined NTFOS in 1995, she was already enjoying a successful career in oral and maxillofacial surgery. Among her notable achievements include certifications in Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, and nitrous oxide monitoring. Jill has also completed the AAOMS anesthesia assisting program. Jill’s special interest in dental implants makes her a great source of information for patients who wish to achieve their smile goals utilizing implants. When not working, Jill enjoys reading and spending time with her husband, Ray, daughter, Ashley, and family pet, Bandit.

 

Lisa – Winner of the 2012 Helping Hands Award

Lisa joined NTFOS in 1996 and has earned numerous career milestones since then. She is a Registered Dental Assistant and is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Basic Life support, and nitrous oxide monitoring. She also completed the AAOMS anesthesia assistant training program. Lisa uses her extensive training to help patients achieve their dental implant goals. When not at work, Lisa and her husband Bear treasure spending time with their sweet little blessing Kayli.

 

Liz – Winner of the 2012 Shining Star Award

Having spent many years in the mortgage and credit industry, Elizabeth (Liz) is talented at helping patients navigate their financial options. Patients love the way she clarifies insurance information so that it’s easy to make informed decisions. Elizabeth has a passion for singing, writing songs, watching movies, and spending time with family (including children Bianca and Christian) and friends. She frequently volunteers at her church’s bookstore. The next time you’re in Grapevine, ask Liz about the relaxed beach lifestyle she enjoyed during her five years in Guam.

 

Lizeth

Lizeth brings a total of 12 years industry experience to our patients and she puts that experience to work for patients seen in the Keller office. She and her family love baseball (her husband plays) and the Texas Rangers. When not helping patients, Lizeth enjoys spending time with her family, including daughters Cassandra, Melanie and Giulianna (named after hubby Julian). Lizeth says that she “loves the people she works with and the excellent customer service skills” at NTFOS.

 

Marcello

After working in oral surgery for over three years, Marcello, RDA, joined our team as a surgical assistant. His calm demeanor and helpful attitude are a winning combination with patients and staff members. His strong work ethics shows in how he never stops working from the minute his feet hit the floor. He is trained in Basic Life Support and reaches out to learn new techniques in the OMS field. When not at work you can find him doing a multitude of activities such as traveling with his wife, Monica, lifting weights, and hunting with his dad and buddies.
 

Sandy

After completing her education as a registered dental assistant and training in Basic Life Support, Sandy began working at NTFOS. Her favorite thing about working at NTFOS is being surrounded by great people and an amazingly positive atmosphere. Sandy recently moved into “mother” mode when she welcomed her son, Silas to her family. Even though her spare time is limited due to this new role, she loves traveling, baking, photography, shopping, and arts and crafts.
 

Sharon – Winner of the 2011 Sweetie Pie Award

Sharon joined NTFOS in 2000 after over eleven years as an administrative secretary with Baylor, where she honed her skills in guest relations. She continues her love of customer service by working with our patients and referring offices to make certain their oral and maxillofacial surgery needs are met. Sharon’s passions include reading/writing and volunteering at her church. In her free time, Sharon loves spending time with her husband, children, and granddaughter and keeping up with their many activities.

 

Sheree

Sheree employs her skills and knowledge to handle the administrative and financial functions of the Practice. She has extensive experience in the nonprofit sector, as well as, the financial industry. Her contribution is essential to supporting team members so they can focus on patient care. Sheree says she loves NTFOS because of the emphasis on growth, both professionally and personally. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her fiancé, Joe, as well as, traveling back and forth to Oklahoma to visit her children and five grandchildren.

 

Stephanie – Winner of the 2010 Smooth Sailing Award

Stephanie honed her first-class customer service skills while working in her family’s business. Patients notice her friendliness and hospitality, which puts them at ease the moment they walk through the door. Stephanie loves spending time with her niece Macy and nephews Jamie, Drue, and Gabe. Her other interests include reading good books (which keep her awake at night), wakeboarding, getting pedicures, and crocheting soon-to-be family heirlooms.

 

Susan

Susan has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern Mississippi and her MBA from Texas Woman’s University. She has spent her entire career in healthcare management and has been with NTFOS since 2000. Susan believes in unabashedly serving people and is delighted to help and support NTFOS’s patients, referring doctors, surgeons, and team members. When not working or furthering her education, Susan spends her time volunteering, enjoying the arts, relaxing with her family, gardening, and traveling.
